Alimah Course Instructors
Shaykhah Umme Aimen
At the tender age of seven, Shaykhah Umme Aimen started memorizing the Holy Quran and was remarkably able to complete her memorization in only one year. In 1992 she enrolled in Darul Uloom Anwarul Huda to study the Alimah course and completed her studies in 1998. In 2001 she enrolled in Jamia Anwarul Huda to do Ifta course in order to master Islamic jurisprudence. After completing her Islamic studies,she enrolled in Usmania University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Urdu and was also able to achieve Master of Arts in Arabic degree in 2002. In 2008, Shaykhah Umme Aimen enrolled into the English and Foreign Languages University from where she continued her Postgraduate studies in Arabic. She then attended the Achariya Nagarjuna University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Umme Aimen had the honor of studying under Moulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, Moulana Akram Rahmani and many other prominent scholars. She is currently living in Queens, New York where she is a full time teacher in Darul Uloom New York and also tutors religious studies in the evenings and weekends.
Shaykhah Binte Shoaib
Born in Long Island, New York, Binte Shoaib attended public school until 6th grade. Her mother’s desire for her to learn the Islamic sciences lead her to Buffalo, NY, where she studied at Darul Rasheed for six years. She spent six intensive years at the institute as a boarding student away from the comforts of her home to master the Islamic sciences. She also volunteered as a tutor for two years at the institute, imparting basic Islamic knowledge to younger students. After graduating in 2012, Binte Shoaib started teaching at Darul Uloom New York. Since then she has been teaching various books in the Alimah course. She is also in the process of advancing her secular studies so that she may use that knowledge in conjunction with her Islamic education to better serve the community.
Shaykhah Binte Ruhullah
In 1995, Shaykhah Binte Ruhullah migrated to the United Stated from Pakistan. She is the daughter of the renowned Maulana Qari Ruhullah, who is the current imam of BMC Masjid in New York. After completing most of her primary education in the United States, she went on to study in the Alimah course in Jamea Al Kauther, Lancaster, United Kingdom. She studied the Islamic sciences for six years and gained a profound in-depth knowledge in numerous fields and graduated with a Masters in Islamic theology in 2011. Alongside her Islamic education, Binte Ruhullah also completed her secondary education at the same institute. Immediately after graduation, she taught Islamic theology and tutored in Math and Science for over a year at Jamea Al Kauther. Furthermore, she has delivered numerous lectures and attended various conferences in colleges and universities throughout the east coast of America. She currently resides in Brooklyn and is teaching at Darul Uloom New York. Continuing with her Islamic studies, she is independently memorizing the Holy Quran.
Shaykhah Binte Sayed
Shaykhah Binte Sayed was born in sylhet,Bangladesh.She has completed the Quran Nazra Course under Qari Moulana Abdus Shakur DB in her early age. She has completed Aalimah Course from Madrasatul Banaat (Girl’s Madrasah), Barutkhana,Sylhet. She has completed her Qirat-e-hafs Course from Mushahidia Quran Education Board Bangladesh under Qari Moulana harunur Rashid DB and Qariah Aalimah Sultana Begum DB. She has completed Teachers’ Training Course from Bangladesh Noorani Talimul Quran Waqf State Dhaka in the year 2009. She migrated to USA in the year 2009.Amongst her Most illustrious Asatiza-e-kiram are Shaikul Hadith Moulana Yousuf Sahib DB, Shaikul Hadith Moulana Mashukur Rahman DB, Shaikul Hadith Moulana Saiful Alom DB. Currently she is serving as Aalimah Course Instructor in Darul Uloom New York since 2009.
